Hagler, who was left bleeding from the head and nose, was treated for his injuries at a local hospital.[2]
Moore turned himself in to police, was convicted and sentenced to seven years in state prison.[2] Moore was not charged with a hate crime because it would've required him to be charged to a lesser degree.[3]
