The attempted murder of white officer Jason Raynor by Black Hebrew Israelite and black militia member Othal Wallace occurred on when black male Othal Wallace shot 26-year-old white male officer Jason Raynor in the head after Raynor attempted to detain him.[1] Wallace marched in multiple cities with the Not Fucking Around Coalition (NFAC), a black militia, and recently joined the New Black Panther Party.[2] Wallace posted messages on his Facebook that are commonly repeated by members of the Black Hebrew Israelites.[2]

In the video, Wallace seems to be wearing a robe similar to the style of certain Black Hebrew Israelites who believe that they are the real Jews the bible references.
