The stabbing of Tonya Cook by black mental patient occurred on October 20, 2012[1] when white mental hospital orderly Tonya Cook was stabbed repeatedly in the face by a black mental patient while doing paperwork in the mental ward of North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center.[2]
